Dr M A Quayum visited our main campus at Apsley House today, 4th January 2023 to attend our 38th Convocation, and to celebrate his academic acheivement with his family and the academic community here at Apsley Business School!

The title of his groundbreaking research in marketing is “The Effectiveness of Customer Relationship Management as a Strategy of Relationship Marketing in Achieving Competitive Advantage: A Case Study of the Telecommunications Industry in Bangladesh:  A Resource-Based and Dynamic Capabilities Perspective on CRM as an Organisational Capability“.
