At Apsley Business School, we believe that responsible leadership is the foundation of a sustainable global economy. As part of our ongoing commitment to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), we are proud to present our 2023-2024 Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) Report—a comprehensive document showcasing our achievements, innovations, and vision for the future of sustainable business education.
This report is more than just an academic compliance document—it is a testament to our commitment to sustainability, ethical leadership, and cutting-edge business education.

What is the PRME SIP Report?
The PRME SIP Report is a biennial submission to the United Nations Global Compact, where we demonstrate how Apsley Business School integrates PRME principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our curriculum, research, governance, and partnerships.
Since becoming a PRME signatory in 2020, we have made significant progress in embedding sustainability and ethics into our teaching, faculty research, student engagement, and industry collaborations.
This report highlights:
✅ Sustainability-Integrated Curriculum – Every Apsley course is mapped to at least three SDGs.
✅ Pioneering MBA Programs – Including the world’s first MBA in Information Security (2017) and the first MBA in Artificial Intelligence (2022), both designed with a core focus on sustainability, governance, and ethics.
✅ Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives – Over 50% of leadership positions at Apsley are held by women, and 36% of staff members have a declared disability or accommodation, demonstrating our strong commitment to inclusivity.
✅ Groundbreaking PRME-Aligned Research – Our faculty and researchers have published over 20 studies on ESG, ethical AI, and sustainability, with £300,000 secured in research grants.
✅ Strong Industry Partnerships – Collaborating with Fortune 500 companies, policy think tanks, and NGOs to create real-world impact.
