Associate Professor at Apsley Business School, President of the Management Board of the Central European Center for Strategic Analysis, he is a specialist in Geopolitics and Geostrategy, Strategy and Security Management, as well at NGO/ NPO governance, risk and compliance. He graduated the Polish Naval Academy and Foreign Policy Study in The Polish Institute of International Affairs in Warsaw.

Kamil is also an active consultant specialising in growth strategies, change management, innovation management and corporate culture. He has designed and delivered many multi-million euro projects across the European Union, Middle East and Asia in Sports, Strategy and Management.
