Senior lecturer at Apsley Business School, Melanie has launched two successful businesses and worked on several start-ups.  She has 30 years’ business experience, working at a strategic level in advertising agencies, digital media, events and print media.

Melanie is also an active consultant specialising in growth strategies, change management, innovation management and corporate culture. She has created and delivered bespoke management and leadership training as well as sales and marketing courses to help companies navigate fast-moving and uncertain environments.
