Graduated from Pusan National and Seoul National Universities before receiving his PhD from University of Beverly Hills in International Business management, he supervised in excess of 25 major infrastructure projects with a value over US$ 150 million across the Middle East in the past 30 years. He was also a senior member of the Seuol Olympic Committee in 1988 and a Senior Executive Vice President of HYUNDAI, Shipbuilding & Heavy Industry, Co. Ltd. He is a senior supervisor of graduation theses and especially doctoral work.
