What Do We Do?

At Kidz Party Factory we apply our academic and professional organisation skills to create a successful, memorable and fun event…. and also remove the stress….

Where Do We Cover?

We cover most of the South East and London for events requiring on the day co-ordination. Our planning service runs globally.

How Do We Start?

We will set up a convenient time to meet you and will start the event thought process….. We will talk through ideas with you and your child so that we can offer you more than one option for your event. Things to think about:

  • The possible theme (we can mix themes together)
  • Do you have any specific entertainment type in mind?
  • Budget
  • Date of event
  • Location
  • Number of guests
  • What you would like us to include? For example, invitations, entertainment, food, decorations, party bags, on the day co-ordination, clearing up

What Happens Next?

We will sit down with our team and come up with possible options, with detailed costings, to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. We will then meet with you to finalise the details and you can sit back and relax until the event day!

An Example

Of the many parties we have created, one example we love is of the old fashioned fairground. The client (a lovely 5 year old boy and his parents) came to us with four words…. ‘Helter Skelter’ and ‘Coconut Shy’. Whilst we cannot build (and it wasn’t in the budget to) a full size helter sketler after sitting down and chatting, we found out that he loves going to the school fair and arcade games where he wins tickets. The party we created (which can be seen on our Gallery page) included:

  • Theme – Old Fashioned Fairground
  • Location – Client’s Home
  • Number of Guests – 25 children attended. Boys and girls
  • Age of Party – 6 year old boy
  • Time – 12pm – 2pm
  • To be included – Fairground games, decorations, tableware, birthday cake, food for children, party bags, popcorn, honeycomb, candy apples (chocolate and toffee)
  • What is not included – Food for the adults
  • Educational element – learning mathematics and numbers through games which encourage addition and subtraction for the reward at the prize table
  • On the day co-ordination: Yes, set up, running and clearing up
  • Parking provided: Yes
  • Set up time required: 2-3 hours
  • Clear up time required: 2 hours

The party worked as follows:

  • 9am – Our team arrived to set up.
  • 9am – 12pm – The front of the house was decorated with red and white balloons, a red carpet and circus tent backdrop. All games set up, inside decorations, gazebos (in case of rain for the coconut shy, hook a duck and treasure hunt). Food set up.
  • 12pm – Children arrived
  • Each child on arriving was provided with a small cloth bag containing 10 fake gold coins. These were for them to ‘spend’ on the games
  • 12pm – 12.45pm – Games were played including – 1) Coconut Shy; 2) Prize Wheel; 3) Higher or Lower Cards; 4) Lucky Dip; 5) Pin the Tail on the Dinosaur; 6) Hook a Duck; 7) Carnival Toss; 8) Big Balls Throwing; 9) Tin Can Alley; 10) Sandpit Treasure Hunt; 10) Ring Toss; 11) Funny Photos
  • Each game allowed children to win prize tickets of differing amounts e.g. 5, 10, 15 or 100 tickets. Children spent their 10 coins on 10 games and then went to the ‘Exchange Tickets for Prizes’ table. Children then chose a party bag and exchanged their tickets for items of their choosing. This meant that they could select what they wanted in their party bags. There was also the option to exchange tickets for more coins and play more games
  • Prizes ranged in number of tickets in relation to size. The more tickets, the bigger the prize
  • Labels were created with the children’s names on them if they wanted to reserve one of the larger prizes which wouldn’t fit in the party bag
  • Labels could also be placed onto a party bag if the children decided to keep coming to the prize table and filling their bags
  • 12.45pm – 1.05pm – A large table cloth was laid on the floor to replicate a picnic where children sat eating the buffet food
  • 1.05pm – 1.10pm – Sing Happy Birthday and blow out candles. Cake was then cut and placed into party bags and offered to guests
  • 1.10pm – 1.40pm. Games were played
  • 1.40pm – A final trip to the Prize table and collecting their party bags, popcorn, honeycomb and candy apple
  • 2pm – Very happy children go home
  • 2pm – 4pm – Our team clear up and leave you to enjoy the memories of a stress free event!
