Terms and Conditions

Your event booking is with Kidz Party Factory (Apsley). Your booking is confirmed when we have received 50% deposit or full payment. We will send you a confirmation invoice of payment. Please note that upon confirmation you are responsible for payment of the full order value plus any extra charges that have been added to your event package, subject to the cancellation or postponement charges as set out below.

We must receive written notification if you wish to postpone or cancel your event. The following charges apply: Once you book your event with Kidz Party Factory and pay the 50% deposit, there is a 14 day cancellation period, where if you change your mind during this time the deposit is fully refundable (Please allow 14 days to receive your refund). Any cancellations made after 14 days will result in a non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation 15 to 28 days before your event date you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining fee.
• Cancellation 8 to 14 days before your event date, you will be required to pay 70% of the remaining fee.
• Cancellation 7 days or less before your event date, you will be required to pay 100% of the remaining fee.
• The above charges will be immediately payable to Kidz Party Factory. All prices are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed bookings.

Note the following:

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.
• Final payment is due 10 days before the event date.
• Late bookings at 10 days should be paid in full.
• Please make payments by BACS. Please do not send cash in the post, we will not be held responsible if it is lost and will still require to be paid the amount due in full.
• Travel charges are at an additional cost and applicable on all bookings made outside our trading area. Travel is charged at 45 pence per mile for an all round trip. If you are out of our trading area we will let you know at the time of booking.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn without notice. Discounts are only available to the full package price.
• Only one discount or one promotional offer can be used at one time.

Kidz Party Factory work closely within the Safe Network guidelines, please see below the recommended adult to child ratio’s. For Example: if we are doing an event for 20 children for age 5-6 we will need 4 adults present.

 The adults (parent/guardians) are responsible for the general supervision of the children within the event venue whether at home or at any other premises, for the supervision of exits, and for ensuring that children only leave the event venue with their own parent/guardian. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of the event activities provided by us. Further information on the Safe Network can be found at:

A safe power supply must be provided to Kidz Party Factory at all venues.

If you are booking any other form of entertainment including but not limited to face painters, bouncy castles, balloon modellers, magicians and others, you must inform Kidz Party Factory when making your booking.

Kidz Party Factory provide costumed entertainers (if requested) as additional extras to your package, in the event of you choosing this option please note that we do not guarantee any of our entertainers will look, sound or even act like any others you may have seen elsewhere.

As the customer you are prohibited from using any of our “intellectual property” for business use or to recreate any of our copyrighted materials. Kidz Party Factory shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In exceptional circumstances, Kidz Party Factory would ask the parent/guardian to speak with any guests that we feel are behaving in an unacceptable manner. We reserve all rights to ask the parent/guardian to exclude the guest from the event should we feel it necessary. Children and their actions remain the full responsibility of their parents or guardians.

Please refrain from having play equipment out during the entertainment time.

We are unable to provide any refund for bad weather, so please consider covered venues or a contingency plan. Outside venues are weather permitting and this includes but not limited to previous rainfall, cold temperatures and wet grounds.

We reserve the right to assess the area first, if we feel it is not safe enough we ask you to have a backup plan available. Travelling to your chosen venue – if we incur any problems we will notify you by telephone where possible.

We accept no responsibility for any form of travel disruptions, including but not limited to, traffic jams, breakdown (including us), accidents, extreme weather, acts of nature or other means beyond our control.

We recommend you have your mobile with you at all times in case we need to contact you. In the event of snowfall on your event date, we strongly advise you to contact your guests and cancel your event. Kidz Party Factory will happily transfer your event to alternative date when it is safer for your guests and entertainer to travel.

If we do end up trying to get you in these conditions and by no fault of ours not arrive, we will not be able to transfer your event to an alternative date or supply a refund.

Parking must be available for Kidz Party Factory. Any parking charges are payable by the customer, please have the correct change for when we arrive to prevent delays in setting up for your event.

In the event of Kidz Party Factory not being able to attend your event for unforeseeable circumstances we will do our best in accommodating you and offer you another day to have your event.

Kidz Party Factory aim to ensure that all descriptions on our website are accurate; however we will notify you of any changes before you confirm your booking.

Kidz Party Factory reserves the right to alter or withdraw any event or service.

Kidz Party Factory include 20 children within their packages (unless stated otherwise), all final numbers for event guests is to be finalised a week before the event, so we have enough time to prepare for your guests. Should you exceed the maximum number of 20 children, each child after that will be an additional £4.50 If less than 7 days notice is given with extended numbers, please note that there may not be enough props for the games and prizes for the children and you will still be charged £4.50 a child.

We will provide tablecloths during our Arts and Crafts activities.

We will try and prevent damage to clothing, carpets and furniture, when are arts and crafts activities are in progress. However should something happen to the customer’s property or child’s clothing, Kidz Party Factory will not be liable for any damage caused, and it will be the customer that is responsible for the damage.

We will be in touch prior to the event if you want to use paint for your arts activity, if paint is agreed, the customer will be fully responsible for any spillages or damage to clothing or the property in which the event is being carried out.

Kidz Party Factory staff hold a DBS certificate and we have public liability insurance.
